DRAWING THE TECHNICAL TASK (TOR)

- Accuracy of wording. There can be no approximate and ambiguous phrases in the TOR - everything is written as precisely as possible, without the words: "good", "maybe", "probably".
- Explanation in understandable specialist language. The professional who received the task should not repeatedly question or clarify what they want from him - that is why it is explained as clearly as possible. The use of special terms is possible if both parties understand what is being said. If the customer himself has not fully decided what exactly he wants, then the contractor will also have difficulties with the execution of the TOR.
It is important to remember that when drawing up the technical terms of reference, it is necessary to take into account the goals and tasks for which the creation of the project is intended, as well as take into account the results of a preliminary study of the target audience of the future site.
